Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by form4. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the form4 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of form4. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the latest version.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration Requirements
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the form4 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without compensation. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this service.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. form4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity conducted through your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact form4 support immediately. The platform bears no liability for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their account.
Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Users are prohibited from using the form4 platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, system manipulation, or any action that is detrimental to other users. The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to exploit any technical vulnerabilities you may discover. If you come across any vulnerability or security issue, please report it to our technical team through official channels. Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage may result in legal action and immediate account termination.
Form4 reserves the right to restrict access, suspend, or terminate the account of any user found to be in violation of these rules without prior notice.
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the form4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including online bank transfers, FPX, and supported e-wallets. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policy.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same user's name. form4 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for investigation or compliance purposes where suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawal processing times are typically between one and three business days, depending on the receiving bank.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements. Deposits made using illegitimate funds or unauthorised payment methods may result in forfeiture of funds and account closure.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
Form4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the form4 platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and layout, is the exclusive property of form4 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written authorisation.

Where this platform contains links to third-party websites, those links are provided for informational convenience only. form4 does not endorse, warrant, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Use of third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Form4 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any action that compromises the security of the platform or other users. Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through the account settings section or by contacting customer support.

Form4 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time by providing reasonable notice to users via the platform or registered email. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the form4 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
